Josh is passionate about creating environments and opportunities for everyone to do their best work. Starting in QA over 15 years ago, he has worked with teams at Epic Games, Redstorm Entertainment, and Insomniac Games. He founded Relevant Games, a joint venture between EW Scripps Company and Capitol Broadcasting, with the mission to create meaningful play experiences. Most recently, he has been a Senior Producer at Funcom and Dreamlit, leading teams by building trust, making key decisions, and driving production to deliver on time.
